The Sekia HR B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform ("SekiaHR") is proprietary
software owned by SekiaHR (UNLICENSED — All Rights Reserved under Spanish Royal
Legislative Decree 1/1996 and international copyright treaties including 17 U.S.C.).

SekiaHR incorporates or interacts with open-source libraries, sovereign AI/OCR
models, and open geographic datasets under permissive open-source licenses. In
